Refund Policy

1. Overview
Monster Depot Marketing provides marketing, distribution, outreach, and collaboration services. Because our work involves strategic planning, campaign preparation, labor, digital services, and reserved launch capacity, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Service Fees
Deposits, setup fees, campaign fees, and other service payments are non-refundable after project kickoff, campaign scheduling, creative preparation, partner coordination, or any other work has started.
3. Cancellations
If a client cancels before work begins, Monster Depot Marketing may review the request and determine whether a partial refund is appropriate based on administrative costs, payment processing fees, and any reserved resources.
