How Drops Work
How do I get early access to a drop?
Sign up through the Join the Community form on our Contact page. Verified members receive SMS notifications before drops go live.
How do I stop receiving SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will be removed from our list immediately at no charge.
How do I get help via text?
Reply HELP to any message from us. Our support info will be sent back to you automatically.
Are there any message or data fees?
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Monster Depot Marketing does not charge for messages.
How often will I receive messages?
Message frequency varies. We only send messages when a relevant drop, collab, or update is live. No filler.
Is consent required to purchase?
No. Signing up for SMS is entirely optional. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
